About these terms

These terms apply when you buy from KYNTAY through this store. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices may change without notice, but the price shown at the time you place your order is the price you pay. Payment is taken at checkout. If we cannot fulfil an order after taking payment, we will refund it in full.

 

Stock and pricing errors

Stock is limited and is not reserved until checkout is complete. If an item sells out after you order, we will contact you and refund that item in full. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than supply at that price; we will always tell you before doing so.

 

Free gifts and promotions

Free gifts are offered while stocks last and may be withdrawn or substituted at any time. Gifts have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and are not available for separate purchase. Where a promotion requires a minimum spend, that spend is calculated on the value of goods before delivery charges and after any discounts. Free delivery thresholds apply to Standard delivery within Australia only.

 

Using our products

Our treats are a complementary food for cats and dogs, not a complete and balanced diet, and are intended as a treat or meal topper alongside your pet's normal food. Introduce any new food gradually and supervise your pet while they eat. Fresh drinking water should always be available. If your pet has a medical condition or you have any concerns, speak to your veterinarian. Toys, harnesses and apparel should be fitted correctly and used under supervision; check them regularly and stop using anything that is damaged or worn.

 

Product information

We take care to describe products accurately, but colours can vary between screens and packaging is sometimes updated by the manufacturer. Weights and sizes are nominal.

 

Your account and conduct

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, or where an order appears to be for resale without our agreement.

 

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
