Refund policy

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

 

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, past its best-before date, or is not what you ordered, email us at info.mamaboi@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including the original delivery cost, and we will cover the cost of returning the item. You do not need to return a food product that is unsafe or spoiled; a photo is enough.

 

Change of mind

We accept change-of-mind returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return postage is at your cost and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend a tracked service. Once we receive it we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original delivery charges are not refunded on change-of-mind returns.

 

Items we cannot accept back for change of mind

For food safety reasons we cannot resell opened treats, so opened packs of freeze-dried treats cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or not of acceptable quality. Free gift items included with an order have no cash value and are not separately refundable, but if you return an entire order we ask that any unopened gift comes back with it.

 

How to start a return

Email info.mamaboi@gmail.com with your order number and what you would like to do. We will reply with a return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.
