Where we ship

We ship Australia-wide from our warehouse in Carlingford, NSW. If you are outside Australia, email info.mamaboi@gmail.com before ordering and we will quote you directly.

 

Rates and delivery times

Standard delivery is $11.00 and typically arrives in 3 to 5 business days. Express delivery is $15.00 and typically arrives in 1 to 2 business days. Delivery is free on Standard for orders of $60.00 or more. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

 

Dispatch

Orders placed before 12pm on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a weekend or public holiday, are dispatched the next business day. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

 

Delivery times are estimates

Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier, not guarantees. Remote and regional addresses can take longer. If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email us with your order number and we will chase it or send a replacement.

 

Incorrect addresses and unclaimed parcels

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or it went unclaimed, we will contact you and can resend it once redelivery postage is paid.

 

Freeze-dried treats are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration in transit.
